Why is PrescriptionAlarm.com in beta?

PrescriptionAlarm.com is in beta because we continue to enhance our platform to be the #1 SMS text reminder service for prescriptions and medications available.  The beta will end once we've gathered sufficient information about the needs of our users to offer a subscribed service.  Please see our terms and conditions for more detail.

Is my information secure?

Account Information

How do I join PrescriptionAlarm.com?

1.      After clicking the Join button on our Homepage, enter your personal information and click Submit

2.     This will take you to a Confirmation screen and, after a few moments, you will receive a text message on your mobile device including a 6-digit confirmation code.  This allows us to confirm your mobile number.

3.      Enter the 6-digit confirmation code and click Submit

How do I change my password?

1.      Log in

2.      On the bottom right of your Summary of Medications, click Edit Profile

3.     Near the middle of this form, enter your existing password and create/confirm your new one

4.     Click Submit

How do I edit my personal information?

1.       Log in

2.       On the bottom right of your Summary of Medications, click Edit Profile

3.       Edit the field(s) you choose

4.       Click Submit

  

Prescription Alarms

Why are my prescription alarms delayed?

PrescriptionAlarm.com is subject to the SMS text message prioritization of each wireless carrier.  In our testing, 98% of our alarms were received within 0-5 minutes of the scheduled time.  Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

How do I create a prescription alarm?

1.       Log in

2.       Click the Add Alarm button

3.       Step 1: Type in your medication or pick from the alphabetized list

4.       Click Next

5.       Step 2: Enter your reminder (240 character limit) or select a message from the list

6.       Click Next

7.       Step 3: Configure your prescription alarm

8.       Click Save

How do I edit an existing prescription alarm?

1.       Log in

2.       Find the prescription alarm you would like to change, then click Edit in the left column

3.       Make your change(s)

4.       Click Submit
